I’m always reminding my couples of the importance of fueling their bodies on their wedding day. It is so easy to get caught up in the festivities and forget to re-boost your energy levels. With a 12+ hour day full of hair, makeup, photos, dancing and more, you can’t afford to crash before the end of the night.
Make sure you pack some snacks, eat things that are light and fresh, and stay away from heavy, greasy foods that will cause bloating and fatigue. And always, ALWAYS drink lots and lots of water. (Especially if you’re planning on hitting the alcohol hard at the reception.)
With the right game plan, you’ll have time to sneak in some munchies and truly enjoy your day, from start to finish. Cheers!
